Our classes have adults of all ages.
If you have experience in Tai Chi Chuan, join these classes, and we can work in more detail on the moves, meditation
, and breathing, as well as working with the other advanced practitioners in the group.
If you're stopping in from out-of-town and would like to practice with a relaxed group, please come in.

BEGINNING CLASSES are the Short Form classes, which are offered mornings on Tues and Thurs 10:30 to 11:30, Monday
1:30 to 2:30,
and evenings, Wed 6:30 to 7:30, and Fri 6 to 7
You can start any time...the schedule is on-going.
The Short Form classes are prerequisite for the other offerings, but if you have experience in long form, that's excellent.
Tai Chi Chuan experience is needed for push-hands, applications, light sparring, and weapons classes.
PRIVATE AND SPECIAL CLASSES- these can be arranged for the Tuesday and Thursday 10
to 10:30 times, and Thursday 11:30 to noon, which are currently
available. Sessions can include Form refinement, special breathing, sword, etc. Sunday 3:30 to 4:30 is
also available for appointment.

To study and develop in more depth, classes in: applications, push-hands, and light sparring as well as sword (jian),
broadsword (dao), and staff, are offered. These classes are given to those who are interested, and at the discretion
of the school.
We also have occassional weekend workshops in Chi Gung, long form, and swords...check the EVENTS page for info.

Postural Fitness classes are
Tues and Thurs at 8:30 am
these classes use the techniques
of Dynamic Relaxation to improve posture, balance, relaxation, and endurance
