Who takes Tai Chi?  Our classes have people from all walks of life...professional, self-employed, retired, college students;  people who have read or heard about the benefits to health and mental centering, and want to investigate and learn these traditional methods and movements for themselves.

Hi- Welcome to Great Harmony Tai Chi Chuan. We're a Tai Chi studio in Tucson, AZ   We're affiliated with Master William C C Chen, and teach in the Yang style tradition.   Master Wm CC Chen is a disciple of Cheng Man-ching, and classmates with Ben Lo, and T.T. Liang.

 We start with the Tai Chi form movements and work with them for relaxation, breathing, and conditioning.  Then we refine the movements to develop  the inner flow and coordinate breathing and visualization. 

We also offer push hands, applications, sword, and more. 

  Great Harmony Tai Chi Chuan offers the benefits of 30 years of teaching experience, and association with tai chi tradition.
