old Grant Rd address, or other references to the old address...they just won't go away on google, even after 3 years!)

We offer classes in short form (60 movements), long form, push-hands, applications, straight
sword, broadsword, staff, and more...and feature the tai chi movements as a system for meditation, breathing, health, and
martial arts.
This site will tell you about our classes:
what's offered, where and when, as well as some class photos (see photo album), and other info. Just click on the sidebar menu topics, or the underlined links in this text.
Also, you can send us

The Master Wm CC Chen link page connects you to Master Chen's website with pages for Max and Tiffany. On the Contact Us page are listed some Great Harmony associates who teach in surrounding locations. There are some tai chi health studies, and tai chi health tips; and an events page for announcing studio workshops in particular subjects, and picnics. Photo
album has some event and gathering pics. Also, visit the YouTube
page for some videos of the forms available in the class offerings
Great Harmony Tai Chi Chuan offers the benefits
of experienced teaching, and a long association with Master William C.C. Chen's teachings and tai chi tradition. The studio
is a nice place to practice year-round on its wooden floor. You can learn at your own comfortable pace, and receive individual
instruction.
Who takes Tai Chi? Our classes have people from all walks of life...professional, self-employed,
retired, college students; people who have read or heard about the benefits to health and mental centering, and want to investigate
and learn these traditional methods and movements for themselves.
For
classes you only need to wear comfortable clothing. Bare feet, socks, tai chi slippers, or clean, non-scuffing
shoes (to protect the wood floor, shoe soles should be clean) are fine for footwear. Also, a bottle of water would
be handy.
Great Harmony Tai Chi Chuan has been honored to host Master William
C.C. Chen workshops.
So, enjoy...and thanks for visiting our site.....Jeff
